Please note: If you are purchasing your monthly Heartworm Preventative or Flea & Tick Treatment anytime other than during your vaccination clinic appointment or at the time of surgery, you will need to pay by check or cash. This is due to the high transaction fee costs we incur, and we apologize for the inconvenience. You are welcome to use your visa for all other clinic, surgery, or shelter purchases. Drop Off TimeYou will drop your pet off between 6:30 am - 7:00 am the day of surgery. Please be sure to withhold food and water the night before and the morning of surgery so your pet doesn’t become nauseous from the anesthesia. Pick Up TimeYou will pick up your pet on the same day between the hours of 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm. If you are going to be late or need to make emergency overnight boarding arrangements with us, please call 740-369-7387 (then press “0”) by 5:30 pm. There will be a $10 boarding fee for overnight stays. Going Home InstructionsWhen you pick up your pet, we will give you post-surgical care instructions. Unless special circumstances arise, your pet will not have any stitches that need removed. (We use dissolvable stitches.) Please follow your post-surgical care instructions to minimize irritation or infection. Payment
