Adopt-a-Kennel: Sponsor an adoption floor kennel and become an Ambassador of our pets. HSDC provides care for over 150 animals every day! If you’d like to help make these pets feel at home during their stay, why not sponsor a kennel to let them know you care. • $25 Weekly Sponsorship • $100 Monthly Sponsorship • $600 sponsors a kennel for 6 months • $5200 sponsors a kennel for an entire year Sponsorships of 6 months or more receive an engraved wood plaque on the kennel of their choice! The plaque (provided courtesy of Delaware Area JVS woodshop students) is 5” x 11” and displays the name of the sponsor and a brief dedication.

Kroger is once again sponsoring its Community Rewards Program. By registering HSDC as your beneficiary, we’ll receive a donation every time you use your Kroger Plus card! HSDC can earn anywhere from $25 to $50,000 dollars every three months, depending on how often (and how many) Kroger shoppers use their Kroger Plus card on our behalf! The Delaware County Community Market (DCCMC) is an innovative approach to purchasing healthy foods and handmade gifts while improving the quality of the Delaware Community. DCCMC offers the opportunity for vendors to sell home-made items, supplement their income, display their high-quality items in a store, all while providing an additional source of fundraising income for nonprofit organizations such as HSDC. As a customer of DCCMC, you can specify a percentage of your purchases be sent to the Humane Society. Simply ask! The "Community Market" is located at 222 East William Street in Delaware, Ohio. In memory of their beloved lab, Herschel Thomas, Diana and Ron Thomas of H.E.A.T. Total Facility Solutions, Inc. are donating all the labor costs to install a new heating and cooling system at HSDC! Currently, our building does not have a ventilation system...but sure could use one! The new system will have outdoor air ventilation to keep the animals warm in winter, cool in summer, and healthy all year round with fresh air circulating throughout the building. This new unit will also decrease the spread of illnesses, and keep the building smelling much fresher. H.E.A.T. is offering the equipment at cost and donating all of the labor for this project. Fun and Easy Ways to Help Raise Funds for HSDC All of these fun participation programs are very simple but effective ways to raise money for our shelter. One person can make a difference, especially when combined with all the other individuals collectively working toward the same goal. HSDC also has our WISH LIST posted.
